Who is this dude?

I am a father of three wonderful kids, a husband to a wonderful wife and a brother to a great sister.

I am the founder and developer of ACCBoards.Com, formerly the most visited Atlantic Coast Conference sports website, and several other popular interactive web sites.

I am a longtime songwriter and musician, with numerous commercial recording credits, and the founder and owner of Err Bear Music, the publishing company that administers my song catalog.

I am a partner at a large law firm, an Adjunct Professor of Law, a writer, and a frequent speaker at legal, entertainment and technology related conferences across the country.

I am a farmer and outdoorsman, and spend much of my free time on the family farm in central Texas.

I was a member of Smart Money Magazine’s Investor Panel and have been quoted often in various magazines, newspapers and websites, including Money Magazine, Smart Money, The Street.Com, the Houston Chronicle, Law360, the Houston Business Journal, the Dallas Morning News, Business Week and many others, about technology, real estate, college sports and investing.

I wrote shareware computer games back in the eighties and was a Game Developer for a small software company.

I enjoy hanging out with my kids, camping, hunting, fishing, writing about technology and music, and building things.

I was born in Cheraw, SC, live in Bellaire, TX and Burton, TX, and work in Houston, TX.

How do I contact him?
